Yoena Jordan is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her degrees through Monroe Community College and SUNY Brockport. Throughout her education and training, she gained valuable experience through internships with the Rochester City School District (RCSD), AutismUp, and The Children's Conference of Wyoming, helping to build a strong foundation for supporting children, adolescents, and families.
Yoena has experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families, particularly those navigating challenges related to disabilities, life stressors, and other complex circumstances. She is passionate about helping clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and recognize their own strengths.
Yoena believes one of the most important aspects of therapy is meeting clients exactly where they are. She understands that every person's journey is unique and approaches each therapeutic relationship with compassion, patience, and respect. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, building resilience, and working toward meaningful change.
She views therapy as a collaborative process. While she can provide guidance, support, and practical tools, she believes lasting progress happens when clients actively engage in their own growth and healing.
Outside of work, Yoena enjoys learning about history, watching anime, and spending time exploring nature.
