Rates & Out Of Network
If we do not take your specific insurance plan, do not worry! In those cases, your clinician is considered a “out of network” provider. When this happens, payment is expected at time of service (we DO accept HSA or FSA accounts). After the service, you can call us to request a Superbill. You can submit that Superbill to your insurance company, many will reimburse a portion (even up to 60-80%) dependent on your plan. Note: receiving a Superbill requires a formal diagnosis.
We can also refer you to no-cost or low-cost mental health services, although you may need to travel a bit further.
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Cash.
Payments are due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, we require at least 24 hours notice (voicemail or phone call). Otherwise, you can be charged for the missed session.
