Eden Pelkey is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and graduate of Nazareth University. Over the past six years, they have focused their work on supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals, helping clients navigate challenges related to ADHD, Autism, OCD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, and ARFID. Eden has a particular passion for working with neurodivergent adults as they build lives that align with their values, strengths, and goals while processing the impact of living in a world that often wasn't designed with them in mind.
Eden believes that healing often requires tending to wounds that have been overlooked for far too long. They view therapy as an opportunity to address the experiences and traumas that continue to affect the present. While this process is not always comfortable, Eden believes that working through difficult emotions can create a clearer path toward lasting growth, healing, and self-acceptance.
Their approach is warm, conversational, and authentic. Eden strives to create a therapeutic environment that feels supportive and collaborative rather than overly clinical. They understand the importance of feeling comfortable with your therapist and work to foster a space where clients can show up as their full selves. Eden also has extensive experience providing telehealth services, particularly for individuals managing chronic illness or those who benefit from the flexibility of virtual care.
Outside of therapy, Eden enjoys a variety of creative pursuits, including animation, drawing, painting, and costume design. They have been actively involved in the cosplay and anime convention community since 2012 and value creativity as both a form of self-expression and connection.
