About Me
Most of us have thought, “should’ve/could’ve” or questioned, “what if…then what?” navigating through life experiences. I promote mindfulness and encourage awareness. When we notice our thoughts and feelings, (along with whatever is going on around us) we choose to be present. I examine roles in relationships with those willing to challenge themselves to “do better and BE better”. As we acquire a better understanding of ourselves, communication and coping skills improve. The choice to take action to make change happen takes courage and I am excited to share your journey to self-empowerment!
