Kelesey Wage-Larouche, LCSW
About Me

Kelesey Wage-Larouche is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her degree from Roberts Wesleyan University. She brings extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds in community mental health, residential, and care management settings. Kelesey has a particular passion for supporting individuals who have experienced significant trauma, psychosis, homelessness, or who have struggled to feel heard or understood.
Kelesey believes everyone experiences challenges at different points in life and is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore their experiences, and find their voice. She believes that a diagnosis is a tool to help guide treatment—not a label that defines who someone is.
Her approach is primarily person-centered, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. Kelesey believes therapy should be client-driven, with each person helping define what success looks like for them. Rather than simply providing answers or telling clients what to do, she works alongside them to build insight, confidence, and the tools needed to create meaningful change.
Kelesey considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate their healing and growth, and believes that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and treated with kindness and compassion.
Outside of work, Kelesey enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing with her two cats, Grace and Luna, and unwinding with reality TV.
