Jessica Manley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a graduate of St. John Fisher College. She has been practicing since 2018, gaining experience across a variety of treatment settings, including residential care, correctional facilities, outpatient clinics, and community-based crisis services. Working in these diverse environments has allowed Jessica to support individuals from many different backgrounds and life circumstances.
Jessica primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, helping clients build practical skills, increase insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. She has particular experience working with personality disorders, substance use disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, anxiety, and individuals navigating life transitions and ongoing stressors.
Jessica believes it is deeply important to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and needs openly. Her style is compassionate but direct—she values transparency and will gently challenge clients when appropriate, always with growth in mind. Rather than circling the problem, Jessica focuses on building strategies and solutions that help clients move forward with confidence and resilience.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and spending time with her toddler.
