Kristin Masi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She has worked in a variety of settings with people facing mental health concerns, serious illness, substance use, and times of crisis. Kristin also spent several years as an oncology social worker, an experience she found deeply meaningful and rewarding.
She is passionate about helping people navigate life transitions, grief, and loss—whether it’s coping with the death of a loved one, managing a medical diagnosis, adjusting to relationship changes, exploring a new career path, or entering a new stage of life. Kristin believes it is a profound privilege to walk alongside people during such vulnerable times and to provide a safe, supportive space where they can share their story, process emotions, and begin to heal.
Kristin values collaboration, trust, and connection, and strives to create an environment where clients feel heard and supported as they build resilience and discover their strengths. She is continually inspired by the courage and resilience of the people she works with and feels honored to witness their growth.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, relaxing by the ocean, attending live music, cheering on local sports teams, and rescuing wildlife.
