Patty Moser is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She has been practicing in clinical settings since 2017 and has obtained licensure across multiple states, including her LCSW in New York in 2026. Patty recently relocated from the Midwest to the East Coast and brings a well-rounded perspective to her work with clients.
Patty is passionate about working with individuals who are motivated to grow, make meaningful changes, and improve their overall well-being. She is committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable expressing themselves in a healthy and authentic way. Her approach is client-focused, supportive, and direct—guiding clients with honesty while creating a safe and respectful space where vulnerability is welcomed.
Patty believes that real change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences and supported enough to take steps forward. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop coping strategies, and create lasting, positive change.
Outside of her work, Patty enjoys reading, watching comedies, and spending time with her husband and son. She loves gathering with friends and family for dinners, game nights, and travel adventures, and can often be found cheering on the Rochester Americans at local hockey games.
