Ngozi Okafor, LMSW
About Me

Ngozi Okafor, LMSW is a caring and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about supporting children and their families on the journey toward healing and growth. A graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University, Ngozi takes the time to understand the whole child—looking at the biological, psychological, and social aspects that make each young person unique.
With experience providing both individual and group counseling for children up to 13yrs old, Ngozi works closely with families to advocate for their child’s needs and connect them with helpful resources. He believes that therapy is more than just working toward recovery goals—it’s about building a trusting relationship where children feel safe, heard, and supported. For Ngozi, creating a positive and meaningful connection with each child helps set the stage for lasting success.
When he’s not working, Ngozi enjoys spending time with his family, listening to relaxing music, coaching and watching basketball, learning more about history and spirituality, and traveling to places that bring peace and calm.
