About Me

Megan Kosachook, LCSW, is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, whose diverse background spans forensics, crisis intervention, school social work, day treatment, and youth and family services. Over the years, she has honed her skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention, working with clients ages eight through late adulthood. Megan’s early forensic work taught her the importance of thorough evaluation and clear communication, while her experience in crisis settings sharpened her ability to respond compassionately under pressure.
Megan has a special interest in working with clients with personality disorders—particularly antisocial and borderline presentations—and gets great satisfaction from guiding clients toward stability and self-awareness. She also brings targeted expertise to first responders, having supported law enforcement and correctional officers in managing occupational stress, trauma, and work–life balance. Whether helping someone navigate a turbulent relationship or build self-worth from the ground up, Megan meets each person exactly where they are, partnering with them to craft realistic goals and sustainable change. Her collaborative, strengths-based approach ensures that clients who are motivated to grow feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
