She brings experience from multiple levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), as well as outpatient treatment for both eating disorders and general mental health concerns.
Megan brings experience in working with adolescents (14+), young adults, and adults, helping each group navigate their unique challenges. She finds it especially rewarding to support clients who are motivated and open to the therapy process. Megan values the chance to be a trusted adult and provide a safe, supportive space during such an important and sometimes difficult stage of life. Megan supports her clients by walking alongside them as they navigate life transitions, discover healthier ways to manage emotions, and build confidence in their own strengths and abilities.
Her therapeutic approach is both evidence-based and highly relational. She utilizes a variety of approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. She believes that while skills and strategies are important, the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing and growth. She believes that healing often begins when clients feel safe, understood, and not alone in their struggles. Megan strives to create a space where clients can be vulnerable, feel supported, and work collaboratively toward lasting change.Outside of her professional role, Megan enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new restaurants, attending small concerts, and relaxing on the lake during the summer months. She also has a love for documentaries, podcasts, and deep-dive explorations learning about interesting topics.
