You often feel like you are trying your absolute best but keep finding yourself feeling as though something is missing, which causes you to feel overwhelmed and even experiencing bouts of anxiety and depression. You are not sure why it feels like you are circling back to the same space mentally over and over when you are trying all of the different suggestions to become a healthier individual. Relationships feel difficult and unfulfilling and you struggle to find ways to express to others what you are truly feeling. You desire change, but find transitions to be very challenging because of various obstacles that continue to make you feel “stuck”.
As a counselor, my goals are to help you identify and overcome the obstacles to living a life that is aligned with your true self. I work well with young adults and adults who hold the awareness that self-development is a lifelong journey.
I believe that you have all that you need within yourself in order to reach your goals, but sometimes you fail to believe in yourself and you end up feeling defeated. I can act as a guide to encourage you to free yourself from self-defeating thoughts and identify a lifestyle that will best support a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
