Hillary Robson Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist who earned her Doctorate degree and Master’s degree at Saybrook University following her B.A. in Psychology at Ashford University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of environments such as outpatient clinics, juvenile detention facilities, group homes, and day treatment.
Dr. Robson currently works with adolescents and adults with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma or abuse history, as well as severe mental illness. Dr. Robson believes that people have the capacity for awareness and choice. While working together, she can help you to free yourself from any disabling assumptions and beliefs, working towards living a more full and meaningful life. She can also help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions in the here and now, confront any anxiety, and develop a genuine relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Dr. Robson makes use of diverse techniques that come from many different theoretical orientations and adapts interventions to what is helpful for your unique needs. She looks forward to joining you on your path to living your best life!
