Christopher Fama is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate of SUNY Brockport. He brings over six years of experience working in mental health clinics, where he has supported individuals navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges.
Christopher has a particular passion for working with individuals who feel stuck or unsure of where to begin their mental health journey. He understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to being vulnerable and sharing personal experiences. Christopher prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable opening up at their own pace.
He is known for his compassionate and caring approach, offering both validation and gentle challenge to help clients create meaningful change and move toward their personal goals. Christopher works collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting growth.
Outside of the therapy room, Christopher enjoys spending time with his dog, hiking, running, and participating in water sports.
