Christina Lacey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her degree from Capella University. She works with individuals and couples navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, family and parenting concerns, life transitions, and grief. Christina has a particular passion for helping couples strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and better understand one another as they navigate life’s challenges together.
Christina believes that reflection is an important part of the therapeutic process—exploring who we are, what we have learned, and how our experiences shape our relationships and personal growth. Because life is constantly changing, taking time to reevaluate and adjust can help individuals and couples move forward in healthier and more meaningful ways.
She focuses on strengthening communication, identifying personal and relational strengths, and helping clients develop coping strategies that support both individual well-being and relationship growth. Christina strives to create a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She understands that counseling can be challenging and values being a neutral, supportive presence as clients work toward positive change.
Outside of the therapy room, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, and her daughter whenever she has the chance to visit. She also loves working in her yard, going for walks, and spending time with friends.
