Caitlin Bradley, LMHC-D
About Me

Caitlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who combines clinical skill with lived experience to guide her work. She earned her degree from the University at Buffalo,  and has spent over nine years helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions.
Having personally faced anxiety and PTSD, Caitlin understands the importance of feeling genuinely heard and supported in therapy. She strives to create a space where clients feel both encouraged and constructively challenged, allowing them to build resilience and move toward lasting change.
She has specialized training in DBT and MSFT, however, she draws on a variety of approaches—such as CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy—to tailor treatment to each person’s needs. Caitlin especially enjoys working with those who may be struggling with mood concerns or adjusting to new stages of life.
Beyond her professional role, Caitlin values balance and connection. She enjoys staying active, spending meaningful time with friends, and discovering new places. She brings this same sense of curiosity and balance into her practice, always striving to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow.
