Anna Leva is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of SUNY Brockport. She has experience providing individual and group therapy to clients across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Anna has worked with young adults and adults in both outpatient and community-based settings, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions.
Anna believes that the heart of therapy lies in human connection. She values the opportunity to sit with clients in their most vulnerable moments and remind them that they are not alone. She especially enjoys working with individuals who are open to self-exploration and motivated to create meaningful change. Anna's approach is collaborative and compassionate. With warmth and authenticity, Anna fosters an environment where people feel supported to open up, explore challenges, and build confidence in their ability to grow and heal.
Outside of her work, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, visiting national parks, painting, photography, and adding to her ever-growing LEGO collection.
