Adina Feldman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of St. John Fisher University. She began her career in an outpatient community mental health clinic, where she provided counseling for individuals, couples, and groups. Through this experience, she developed strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams both within the agency and in the community.
Adina approaches therapy as a shared journey of self-discovery—one that invites curiosity, honesty, and growth. She finds it especially rewarding to work with clients who are open to exploring new ideas and perspectives. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported, and where they can safely explore both their strengths and their vulnerabilities.
Her therapeutic style is laid-back and approachable, paired with straightforwardness and honesty. Adina draws from a trauma-informed, client-centered foundation and integrates evidence-based techniques when helpful to support healing and meaningful change. She believes that the relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of the process, and she values the trust and authenticity that grow within that connection.
Outside of her work, Adina finds balance through boxing and kickboxing classes, which give her space to challenge herself and practice self-compassion. She also enjoys reading fiction and spending time with her family and friends.
