About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in psychotherapy. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as both a clinician and Clinical Supervisor in various outpatient and residential settings. In sessions, I utilize CBT, TF-CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I specialize in working with women who are prenatal, struggling with infertility, or who have experienced loss. As a trauma-informed clinician, I am also well-versed in working with clients with PTSD and other trauma-focused challenges.
Since earning my MSW from Rutgers University in 2010, I’ve deepened my understanding of what it means to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship. My philosophy centers on the belief that clients deserve to feel safe, nurtured, and understood as they navigate their journey in therapy. I strive to create a space that is not only a foundation for growth and change but also a welcoming sanctuary. In this nurturing environment, clients can openly confront their challenges and share their truths with someone they can genuinely trust.
