Shaddai Washington is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Nazareth University. She has experience working in both school-based and outpatient therapy settings, where she has supported children, teens, and families through a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
Shaddai is especially passionate about working with youth and their families. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help families strengthen communication, rebuild connections, and develop the skills needed to navigate challenges together. She believes that creating positive change within a family can have a lasting impact for generations to come.
At the heart of Shaddai’s approach is building a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. Shaddai believes that healing begins when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. She also emphasizes the powerful role our thoughts and words play in shaping our lives, helping clients recognize and challenge negative thought patterns that may be standing in the way of meaningful progress.
Outside of the therapy room, Shaddai enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and making memories with her family.
