Rachel Prince is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Nazareth College and her MBA from the University of Rochester. Her diverse clinical background includes therapy, psychiatric emergency services, applied behavior analysis, school-based therapy, and working with organizations to foster workplace cultures built on trust, engagement, and well-being.
Rachel enjoys working with adults, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful personal growth. She has a particular interest in helping clients explore what it means to feel fulfilled in their careers, relationships, family life, and personal goals. Rachel also enjoys working with athletes, supporting them in balancing competitive drive with emotional well-being, resilience, confidence, and long-term success both on and off the field.
Rachel views therapy as a personal journey of self-discovery, reflection, and growth. She values partnering with clients to create a space where they feel supported in exploring their goals, identifying obstacles, and building the skills needed to move forward. Her approach focuses on understanding root causes, providing education and insight, and helping clients find practical strategies that align with their values and aspirations.
Outside of the therapy room, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, and being on the water. She loves sports and competitive athletics, is a dedicated Bills fan, and enjoys making memories with her family, friends, and yellow lab.
