I have 15 years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings. I use a client-centered approach to build on your strengths and I will create a non-judgmental collaborative partnership with you. I enjoy working with adults who experience anxiety, depression and substance abuse.
My practice includes Mindfulness, Conflict Resolution, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
