Maeve's work is grounded in social systems theory and aims to help people understand how trauma and oppression impact their lives. An important principle of Maeve's work is helping clients discover their values and learn to embody them in practical ways. In sessions, she utilizes ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, and existential and humanistic models.
Maeve enjoys reading books, listening to music and podcasts, watching movies with her girlfriend and friends, walking the dogs, riding trains, and practicing mindful breathing.
