In my career, I have utilized therapeutic models for children as young as 3, to adults over 65. I have an affinity for working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families reach their full potential. Depending on the situation, I may use imagery, role-playing, child-centered play therapy, narrative, art, and music-assisted relaxation techniques. No one way will fit you but I am excited to find what works for you with honest, open communication. Mindfulness is extremely important to get to know yourself and get comfortable with the world around you. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is especially useful to my clients and I take a holistic, warm approach to instill wellness so my clients can lead their best lives. Lastly, I am experienced in running therapeutic groups and am looking forward to getting this up and running!

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Binghamton University and my Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree from SUNY Brockport.

I have extensive experience working in medical/hospital social work, crisis intervention, working in practice focusing exclusively on childhood with sexual abuse, survivors of crime, and child experiences with bullying/harassment, family discord and children working through experiences with family violence, custody disputes, law enforcement, and sibling discord. Additionally, I worked in larger-scale international social justice regarding violence against women in Prague with a nonprofit organization, proFem, in 2019. It is my pleasure to help my clients find their voice and I want to help you!
