Throughout my career, I have worked in a number of settings with diverse populations. These settings include outpatient mental health, addiction/ MAT clinics, community-based services, and school settings (grades 3-12). During my time working in each setting over the past 10 years – in New York and Massachusetts- I have found that my true passion is working with older adolescents- young to middle-aged adults. I enjoy working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and transitions/life changes.Building a good connection and rapport is the foundation of a safe, and thoughtful therapy experience. I focus on person-centered goals at your pace. My role is to provide an environment that feels safe to discuss the most personal struggles, as well as to guide, educate, and validate, using evidenced-based skills, primarily in CBT.A little about me is I love to travel, be outdoors, and spend time with my husband, our two sons, and friends/ family.
