Hello! My name is Caroline Curran, LCSW. If you are struggling with anxiety, a mood disorder, stress, difficult life transitions, or a combination of them, then you are someone who I would love to help work through and past these issues. People are unique and complex, and sometimes, need help moving past difficult times in their lives. I have spent years successfully working with many types of clients, specifically young adults by utilizing approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and person centered therapy. My goal is to create an open and honest environment that allows for reflection and strategies to improve your quality of life. Some fun facts about me: I am a proud Rochesterian that attended both Penn State with a double major in human development and family studies/psychology and moved on to the University of Buffalo where I received my Master’s in Social Work. I enjoy traveling, hiking, puzzling, and spending time with my family, friends and dog.
