Hello! My name is Caroline Curran, LCSW. If you are struggling with anxiety, a mood disorder, stress, difficult life transitions, or a combination of them, then you are someone who I would love to help work through and past these issues. People are unique and complex, and sometimes, need help moving past difficult times in their lives. I have spent years successfully working with many types of clients, specifically young adults by utilizing approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. My goal is to create an open and honest environment that allows for reflection and strategies to improve your quality of life. Some fun facts about me: I am a proud Rochesterian who attended both Penn State with a double major in human development and family studies/psychology and moved on to the University of Buffalo where I received my Master’s in Social Work. I enjoy traveling, hiking, puzzling, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog.
