Alan F. Mackie, PhD, MSW, LCSW-PRNYS, is a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience assisting teens, young adults, and their families in diverse environments. His extensive background enables him to connect and empathize with a wide range of individuals and their loved ones. Alan is adept at supporting clients through various challenges and holds a specialization in problem gambling through NYS OASAS. He addresses all forms of addiction, including electronic addiction and substance abuse. As an LGBTQ-affirming clinician and trained trauma therapist, Alan also works with clients dealing with medical issues and various types of relationships. While guiding individuals toward meaningful and lasting change, he aims to create a counseling experience that is both enjoyable and fulfilling.
